Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is hiring an RN-Registered Nurse for Orthopedic Surgery in Denver, CO. This onsite contract role runs for 13 weeks with a night shift (12 hours) and a start date of 9/14/2026. The unit details include Spine and Ortho patient ratios, telemetry, epidurals, and Meditech EMR.

Must have 1 year of acute care Ortho experience and BLS. Competitive compensation is offered with weekly pay. Housing or relocation benefits are not mentioned.

Responsibilities

• Provide night-shift care for Ortho/Medical 6A patients.
• Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Administer medications and assist with procedures as needed.
• Document care in the EMR and coordinate with staff.

  • Day Shift – 2 Charges, 2-5 RNs, 2-3 PCTs
  • Night Shift - 2 Charges, 2-5 RNs, 2-3 PCTs
• Patient Ratios – RNs ratio Spine 4:1 and Ortho 5:1
• Type of equipment – Telemetry, Epidurals, PCAs, Ice Machines, Sara Steady
• EMR - Meditech

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
