American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an Operating Room RN for a day shift assignment in New Hampshire. The role requires circulating experience across multiple surgical specialties and mandatory call coverage within a Level III trauma hospital.

Ideal candidates hold an active NH or compact RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS in hand, and travel experience. Scrub skills are a plus; must have a vehicle and an OR skills checklist. References from the past year are required.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA) required and must be in hand at profile upload.
• Required circulating OR experience.
• Scrub experience preferred but not required.
• Previous travel experience highly preferred.
• Must have own vehicle for this assignment.
• Operating Room skills checklist required for consideration.
• One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment required.
• Permanent address required in profile.

Responsibilities

• Operate within Level III trauma hospital with OR duties.
• Proficient in General, OB, Ortho, ENT, Trauma, Plastics, Ophthalmology cases.
• Work day shift, 8 or 10 hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
• Handle call 6-7 shifts per week; weekend call every 4th or 5th weekend.
• Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation.
• Perform circulating RN duties across multiple surgical specialties.
• Holiday coverage on major holidays as listed.
• Avoid concurrent employment with other placements; respect RTO rules.
• Must reside 50+ miles from facility; local candidates not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Operating Room unit in a Level III trauma hospital
• Patient population includes pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric cases
• Must be proficient in General, OB, Ortho, ENT, Trauma, Plastics, and Ophthalmology cases
• Day shift schedule, 8 or 10 hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• Call required 6-7 shifts per week
• Weekend call rotation required every 4th or 5th weekend
• Uses Cerner EMR
• Perform circulating RN duties across a wide range of surgical specialties
• Holiday coverage required including Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and the following weekend, Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the following weekend, and New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and the following weekend
• Candidates must not be seeking to work this assignment alongside another permanent placement or travel assignment
• RTO requests must be submitted at time of profile submission; requests after offer or interview will not be approved
• No more than 3 days of RTO accepted for this assignment
• Candidates must live 50+ miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
• First-time travelers may be considered given relevant OR experience
