Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an RN-Operating Room with CST experience, NBSTSA certification, and at least one year of combined OR/CST experience to join our hospital team in Ohio.

The role is a day shift, 3x12-hour schedule (7:00am–5:00pm) with every-other holiday. An active OH RN license, BLS, NBSTSA certification, and references are required, with vaccines and compliance as part of orientation. Locals are accepted at the same bill rate.

Qualifications

• Active OH RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• NBSTSA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of combined permanent OR/CST experience required.
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty required.

Responsibilities

• Operating Room unit within a hospital setting.
• Day shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00am-5:00pm.
• Expected to work every other holiday.
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required, with medical/religious exemptions only.
• Nurses and CSTs are temporarily exempt from the facility's nicotine-free requirement.
• Permanent candidates cannot return to this health system for 1 year from their previous end date.
• Locals accepted at the same bill rate.
• ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments completed during orientation, with up to 2 attempts to pass.
