Sanford Med Ctr Fargo is seeking a Registered Nurse for travel staffing opportunities. The RN will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized patient care, collaborating with physicians and an inter-professional team to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all phases of prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

The role requires a nursing degree, an unencumbered RN license, and current competencies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA recognized.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, perform patient assessments and education; triage as needed.
• Perform nursing interventions within the scope and standards of practice.
• Ensure compliance with Nurse Practice Act and professional codes.
