Job summary

Sanford Fargo is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care in a travel staffing role. You will apply the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation—to individuals across diverse settings and ages.

You will collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to ensure safe, effective care, patient education, and continuity across shifts, while meeting accreditation standards and Sanford's Code of Ethics.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
• Multistate licensure acceptable if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues.
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care and education.
• Coordinate care, triage and various nursing interventions.
