Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized patient care.
• Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Cares for patients across preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Plans and coordinates care, patient assessment, triage, and clinical interventions.
