Qualifications

• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized patient care.
• Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Cares for patients across all phases of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Plans and coordinates care, performs patient assessment, education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
