Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri. The position requires float duties across medical, surgical, oncology, neuro, and cardiology units, with 12‑hour night shifts and a 36‑hour minimum per week.

Start date is 10/19/2026 and end date 01/18/2027. Requires MO RN licensure, BCLS/ACLS, IV start, telemetry, and NIHSS. Travel benefits include housing allowance, health insurance, and signing bonuses where applicable.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of practice (MO) and two years of relevant experience in medical‑surgical and telemetry units.
• BCLS and ACLS certifications.
• IV start and telemetry experience; NIHSS certification; PPE and isolation precautions.
• Wound care experience and capability to manage central lines, CVA care, feeding tube management, high flow nasal cannula, ABG interpretation, and dysrhythmia management.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical-surgical and telemetry nursing care with safe patient handling.
• Float across medical, surgical, oncology, neuro, and cardiology units as needed.
• Work night shifts on a 12‑hour schedule with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
