Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments across communities. The RN will perform comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and coordinate patient care from assessment through follow-up.

Must hold an active RN license and meet state requirements; a BSN is preferred. Contracts are typically 14 weeks with options to extend or relocate to another Sanford site.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• Current RN license in the state where practice occurs and/or multistate licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Maintain required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate patient care across preventive, diagnostic and treatment phases.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with the Nurse Practice Act and ethical standards.
