Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.

Contracts are 14 weeks with the option to extend or go to another Sanford site. Experience in travel nursing is valued for assignments nationwide, including underserved communities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
