Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) employed through Solutions By Sanford provides individualized care using the nursing process across the full spectrum of patient needs. You will collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate care, applying age- and population-specific standards in a hospital setting.

This travel assignment offers 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, and 14-week contracts with the option to extend or move to another Sanford site.

Qualifications

• At least one year of nursing experience.
• At least six months of travel experience.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing and/or multistate licensure (NLC).
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Manage patient care planning, education, triage and interventions.
• Adhere to age- and population-specific standards within the assigned clinical setting.
