Healthforce is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Hillsboro, North Dakota. The role is a 3x12-hour night shift with guaranteed 36 hours per week, starting 11/02/2026. This opportunity involves travel nursing with Healthforce Healthcare LLC providing full assignment support.

Candidates must hold an active US RN license and BLS, with SNF/post-acute experience preferred. Housing may be available with local rate arrangements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (US)
• BLS Certification required
• Post-acute or skilled nursing care experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend/holiday
• Willing to learn PCC

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents during night shifts in a SNF/post-acute setting
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions; implement care plans and orders
• Administer medications and treatments per policy and orders; monitor for adverse effects
• Recognize changes in condition and elevate to supervising clinician promptly
• Document nursing actions and resident status in PCC charting system
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality of care
