Qualifications

• Active North Dakota RN license; BSN not required.
• BLS Certification is required.
• Experience with admissions, transfers, discharges and fall reporting preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts; every other weekend and holiday.
• Capable of caring for up to 35 residents at night with med pass and small CNA/MED aide team.

Responsibilities

• Perform admissions, transfers, discharges, and fall reporting.
• Administer medications with the med pass at the start of shift; supervise up to 2 CNAs at night.
• Provide treatments and monitor resident status; document care in the designated charting system.
• Maintain accurate resident care plans and ensure safety, comfort, and quality of care across shifts.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and coordinate with daytime staff for seamless transitions.
