Job summary
American Traveler Staffing Professionals is hiring an experienced RN for a Neonatal ICU position in a Level III NICU within a Women’s & Children's hospital setting. The unit is 60 beds with patient ratios of 2-3:1 and requires NICU experience with NRP certification.
The role features 3 shifts of 12 hours (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) weekly, rotating weekends/holidays, and offers paid weekly compensation with lodging/meals stipends. Start ASAP with 12-week length and 5 openings.

- No unit techs available on the NICU
- Uses Philips monitors for patient care
- Charting completed in Meditech and Centricity Perinatal
- 3 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) with rotating weekends and holiday requirements
- Float to comparable areas of high need
- Active TN or compact RN license required
- Current BLS, NRP (Advanced 9th Edition), and STABLE certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of recent NICU experience required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Provide critical care nursing to neonatal patients in a high-acuity unit
- Dress code requires navy or ceil blue, grey, or white scrubs with no long sleeves, watches, rings, or nail polish
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
