Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Night Shift RN for NICU II in Missouri. Requires at least 1 year of NICU experience and MO or Compact RN licensure. Cerner charting experience preferred.

The role covers 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM shifts, 3x12-hour blocks, with every-other weekend and potential travel benefits. Local candidates within 75 miles are eligible for a reduced rate; candidates within 50 miles are not eligible.

Qualifications

• Active RN license MO or Compact.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience with at least 1 year in NICU.
• Cerner charting experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Night shift work with 3x12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Neonatal ICU (NICU) of a hospital setting.
• NICU II level care experience required.
• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM).
• Every other weekend (EOW) required.
• Float within cluster as needed.
• Uses Cerner charting system.
• Position located in a 24/7 healthcare facility with potential exposure to contagious illnesses.
• Holiday coverage required for at least 50% of holidays during the contract.
• Must be able to work assigned shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Rotating shifts and work during inclement weather may be required.
• Does not accept first-time travelers.
• Local candidates within 75 miles allowed at a reduced rate.
• Candidates residing within 50 miles are not eligible for this position.
