Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN Med/Surg Tele for a 13-week assignment in Tappahannock, Virginia. The role requires at least 12 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience and an active VA or compact RN license.

Night shifts are 12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with 36 hours per week. Starting 01/05/2026, you will work on a hospital floor, with travel pay of about $2,092 per week and a benefits package including insurance from day one, 401(k), licensure and travel reimbursements, and

Qualifications

• Telemetry experience required.
• Active VA or compact RN license.
• Minimum 12 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work on a medical-surgical/telemetry floor in a hospital setting.
• Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Care for adult patients requiring med/surg and telemetry monitoring.
• First-time travelers are accepted.
