American Traveler is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse for Med/Surg Telemetry in Tappahannock, Virginia. The role requires at least 12 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience, active VA or compact RN license, and current ACLS/BLS/NIHSS certifications.

3x12 hour day shifts, travel assignment lasting 13 weeks, starting 01/05/2026. Salary is $2,092 per week with travel benefits including insurance from day one, licensure reimbursement, housing stipends, and 24/7 support.

• Time off requests limited to 4 days per 6-week period and must be made up at contract end.
• Holiday coverage may be required as holidays off are not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Work on a Med/Surg Telemetry floor in a hospital setting

• Adult medical-surgical and telemetry patient population
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Time off requests are limited to 4 days per 6-week period and must be made up at contract end

Requirements

• Active VA or compact state RN license
