American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. The unit is high-acuity with cardiac focus; GA or Compact license and BLS/ACLS required. 36 hours/week, 12-hour shifts, 16 weeks, no on-call.

You will manage STEMI/NSTEMI cases, cardiac drips, and float within the unit as needed. Compensation includes weekly pay and stipends with detailed pay breakdown.

Qualifications

Active RN license GA or Compact required.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similarly sized facility.
Experience in high-acuity, high-volume trauma center environments.
Proven ability to manage critical, fast-paced situations.

Responsibilities

Work 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week.
Care for STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and chest pain patients.
Administer cardiac drips such as Milrinone, Dobutamine, and vasopressors.
May float to telemetry beds within the same unit for lower acuity patients.
Maintain patient ratios 1:3-4.
No on-call requirements.
Work 4 weekend shifts per month.

Hybrid unit combining stepdown/PCU/IMCU and telemetry med-surg patients
28-bed PCU/IMCU with a cardiac patient population
Patient ratio of 1:3-4
