Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN with Orthopedics, Neuro, and Pediatric experience for a 7A-7P shift. A MI RN license is required for consideration, with AHA BLS certs and Nursys verification.

Travel position offers housing allowance and comprehensive benefits. The RN will care for a diverse Med/Surg population including ortho, neuro, and pediatric cases. Must have a minimum of 2+ years Med/Surg experience and be eligible for travel.

Qualifications

• Active MI RN license (Standard or Compact) required.
• AHA certifications required (BLS and any additional specified).
• Minimum 2+ years of Med/Surg nursing experience required.
• Active Nursys/licensure verification required at time of consideration.

Responsibilities

• Medical Surgical Combination unit caring for Orthopedic, Neuro, and Pediatric patients.
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Provide direct patient care for a diverse Med/Surg population including Orthopedic, Neuro, and Pediatric cases.
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be considered for this travel position.
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible.
• Candidates must not be employed elsewhere on a full-time basis.
