Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care at Chamberlain Medical Center, Chamberlain, SD. The role involves applying the nursing process across all phases of care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires an accredited nursing education, an active RN license in the practice state, and eligibility for multistate licensure where applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the state where practice is occurring.
• Multistate licensure may be required if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, conduct patient education, triage and other nursing interventions.
