Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Chamberlain Medical Center in Chamberlain, SD. The RN will apply the nursing process to deliver individualized patient care and collaborate with physicians and peers to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

The role requires an accredited nursing program graduate, an active RN license, and ongoing competency maintenance. The position includes a 14-week contract with the potential for extension and travel considerations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA credentials.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; multistate license acceptable if in NLC state.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care including patient assessment, education, triage and various nursing interventions.
