Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Chamberlain Medical Center to deliver high-quality patient care. The RN will use the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care and collaborate with physicians and other professionals across all care phases.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and an unencumbered RN license; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, with multistate licensure acceptable where applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care through all phases of the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient assessment, education, triage and follow-up.
