Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care at Chamberlain Medical Center in Chamberlain, SD. The RN will apply the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and coordinate patient assessments and education across all stages of care.

Candidates must have at least one year of nursing experience, travel experience of at least six months, and reside within 60 miles of the facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure in NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, perform patient assessment, patient education, triage and other nursing interventions.
