Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at Chamberlain Medical Center in Chamberlain, SD. The RN will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care and collaborate with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all phases of patient care.

The ideal candidate has a nursing degree, an active RN license (or multistate license), and at least one year of experience with six months of travel experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure (NLC).
• Maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate and plan care with inter-professional teams.
• Provide patient education, triage, and nursing interventions.
