• Support night shift schedule: Mon-Fri 4:00 PM–8:30 AM, plus alternating 24-hour weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Hospice care provided in a home health/community setting across Monroe, Greene, Brown, Morgan, Owen, Lawrence, Jackson, Daviess, Martin, Orange, and Washington counties in Indiana
• Night shift schedule: Monday-Friday 4:00 PM-8:30 AM, plus Saturday/Sunday 24-hour coverage every other week
• HomeCare HomeBase charting system experience preferred but not required
• Provide hospice and palliative nursing care to patients in a home-based setting
