American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Med/Surg Float Pool RN for night shifts in New Hampshire. Requires 2+ years in Med/Surg, BSN, NH license, BLS/ACLS, and Epic EMR experience. ICU RNs considered; must have a vehicle and permanent address on profile. Floats across Med/Surg units with block scheduling restrictions.

Role includes travel-friendly scrubs, bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Open position: 1.

Qualifications

• Active NH or compact RN license in-hand prior to consideration.
• BLS and ACLS certification (AHA) required
• BSN required
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Experience with cardiac drips and other stepdown practices required
• ICU RNs will also be considered
• Must have personal vehicle for this assignment
• Permanent address required as part of candidate profile

Responsabilités

• Resource Float position within a regional referral medical center
• Floats between Thompson, Farnum, and Kingsbury Med/Surg units, potentially during the same shift
• Adult-geriatric patient population
• Must be able to work stepdown unit when needed
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required, with holidays as needed
• No on-call requirements
• Block scheduling not accepted for this assignment
• Coordinates total nursing care for patients and participates in patient and family teaching
• Works cooperatively with ancillary nursing and care team personnel to maintain professional nursing standards
• Provides leadership within the clinical care setting
• Traveler-provided professional scrubs required with no logos
• Must work two designated holiday blocks if scheduled: Thanksgiving Day through the following weekend, Christmas Eve through the weekend after Christmas, and New Year's Eve through the weekend after New Year's Day
• Requested time off must be submitted and verified at the time of profile upload, with no more than 5 days of RTO accepted
• RTO requests will not be approved after upload
