Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Med/Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment at a Level II trauma facility in Tennessee. The role requires 2+ years of Med/Surg experience and Meditech EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities include caring for diverse adult and pediatric patients on a 44-bed unit, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM shifts, and optional floating with on-call duties. Licensure, BLS, and AHA certifications are mandatory.

Qualifications

Active TN or compact RN license required.
BLS certification required.
Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required.
Meditech EMR experience required.
Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration.
AHA certifications required.

Responsibilities

Provide Med/Surg nursing care across a diverse adult and pediatric patient population.
Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Work on a 44-bed unit with a 1:6 patient ratio.
Utilize Meditech EMR for charting and orders.
Float to other units as needed and be on-call with a 30–60 minute arrival window.
Candidates must live 60 miles or greater from the facility for travel assignment eligibility.
