Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments, stationed at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. The role emphasizes delivering individualized nursing care using the full nursing process, in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Candidates must have at least one year of nursing experience, six months of travel experience, and a valid RN license.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Provide care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinate care planning, patient assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Practice within the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure rules.
