Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for travel assignments at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. The RN will apply the nursing process, collaborate with physicians, and deliver care across all phases of the patient journey.

Requirements include a nursing degree, active RN license, at least one year of experience and six months of travel, and distance requirements from the facility.

Qualifications

• RN experience: at least one year.
• Travel experience: at least six months.
• Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients.
• Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes age/population specific standards as designated in the assigned clinical setting.
• Cares for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up as patients move along the care continuum.
• Responsible for planning and coordination of care, patient assessment, education, triage, and various other nursing interventions.
• Functions within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure.
