Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice (or multi-state licensure if NLC).
Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across patient care continua.
Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
Demonstrate competency within the full scope of nursing practice and state rules.
Care for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance and treatment.
Plan and coordinate care, assess patients, educate and triage as needed.
Operate within the Nurse Practice Act and licensure requirements.
