Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for travel assignments, primarily in Fargo, ND. You will deliver patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians, and coordinate education and follow‑up across multiple shifts.

Candidates must have an accredited nursing degree, a valid RN license, and at least one year of nursing experience with a preference for travel experience. Sanford offers 14‑week contracts with extension options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• RN license in state of practice or multistate licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient education, triage, and nursing interventions across all phases of care.
