Solutions By Sanford is seeking Registered Nurses for travel assignments at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. Contracts run for 14 weeks with the option to extend or move to another Sanford site, with weekly pay and eligible Sanford benefits.

The role requires an RN with at least one year of experience, travel experience, and a license in good standing. Earn a competitive weekly rate while serving patients across the country.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multi-state licensure if in an NLC state.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing knowledge and standards as designated in the Nurse Practice Act.
• Care for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate care, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions.
• Act within the scope and standards of nursing practice in the state of practice and licensure.
