Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo supports travel staffing across the region. You will provide nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians to plan, implement and evaluate care across all phases of the patient journey.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practice state and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Obtains and maintains department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Care for patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
