Job summary

Sanford Fargo is seeking an experienced RN for travel assignments to serve in Fargo, ND. Positions involve 12-hour day shifts with weekly pay and a 14-week contract, with potential extensions or transfers to other Sanford sites.

The role requires nursing licensure in the state or multi-state licensure, a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, and at least 6 months of travel experience. Comprehensive benefits and a commitment to underserved communities are provided.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in state of practice and/or multistate licensure (NLC).
Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care using the nursing process for patients.
Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Practice within the scope of nursing standards and licensure rules.
Care for patients across preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Coordinate care planning, patient assessment, education, and triage.
