Job summary

Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. Nurses provide individualized care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians, and support patients through all care phases.

Licensure must be active; travel experience and a willingness to work 12-hour day shifts are required. Contracts are 14 weeks with weekly pay and Sanford benefits; travel stipends are included in weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate license if applicable.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Practice within the scope of nursing standards and licensure.
• Plan and coordinate patient care, education, and triage.
• Perform nursing interventions across preventative care, diagnosis, and treatment.
