Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for travel assignments at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. Shifts are 12 hours with 36 weekly hours; contracts run for 14 weeks with potential extensions to other Sanford sites, paid weekly with benefits eligibility.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an unencumbered RN license in the practice state, and ideally a Bachelor’s in nursing. Travel experience and distance requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; RN licensure required.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in state of practice; multistate license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan, implement and evaluate care for patients across the continuum of care.
• Coordinate patient education, triage and various nursing interventions.
• Adhere to Nurse Practice Act and licensure requirements in state of practice.
