American Traveler is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Winchester, TN. You will provide direct patient care on a 44-bed Med/Surg unit (1:6 ratio) in a Level II trauma hospital, on a 7:00 PM–7:00 AM night shift.

Requirements include active TN or compact RN license, current BLS, Med/Surg experience (2+ years), and Meditech EMR proficiency. Travel benefits include housing allowance, licensure reimbursement, and per diem.

Qualifications

• Active TN or compact RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
• Meditech EMR experience
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Responsabilités

• Medical Surgical unit within a Level II trauma acute care hospital
• 44-bed unit with a 1:6 patient ratio
• Serves patients of all ages
• Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required, with 24 weekend hours
• As-needed floating required
• As-needed call requirements with 30-60 minute arrival time if called in
• Uses Meditech EHR system
• Provide direct patient care to a diverse Med/Surg patient population in a professional manner
• Scrubs of any color accepted; no casual wear or hoodies permitted
• Candidates must live 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for the travel rate
• Candidates who have worked permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment
