American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical unit with telemetry background and 2+ years of med/surg experience.

Requirements include an active WI or compact RN license, current BLS, NIH Stroke Scale certification, and the ability to read tele strips. The role supports night shifts 19:00–07:30, a 13-week assignment, and possible local floats within 40 miles; Epic EMR is used.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Med/Surg Unit setting within a hospital environment.

• Every other weekend and every other holiday required.
• May require floating onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles.
• Uses Epic EMR.
• Provide direct patient care on a busy Med/Surg unit.
• First-time travelers may be considered.
• Local candidates accepted, though a radius rule may apply affecting pay rate.
• Facility follows an auto-offer process for qualified candidates.

• No artificial or acrylic nails; natural nails must be kept short (less than 1/4 inch)
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
