Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an RN for an Outpatient Clinic position in Illinois with day shift hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and flexibility for schedule changes.

Requires an active IL RN license and recent Nursys verification; candidates with less than 2 years of experience will be considered. The assignment runs 13 weeks with RTO limits and travel benefits included.

Qualifications

• Current Nursys verification pulled within last 2 weeks.
• Candidates with less than 2 years experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient Clinic setting.
• Day shift schedule (8.5 hours) 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Flexibility required to stay late if provider schedule runs behind.
• 13-week assignment length.
• RTO limited to no more than 3 days, with no time off requested during the first or last week of the contract.
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate.
• Former UChicago Medicine, PRN, or Ingalls permanent staff must have a 7-month separation before returning as a traveler.
• Any block scheduling or special schedule requests must be submitted upfront and discussed during the interview process.
• Annual training modules required, averaging 8 hours (may range 15-20 hours for some specialties), completed remotely or during orientation.
