Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel staffing opportunity. The RN will use the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care, and coordinate patient education and triage across the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license and/or Multistate licensure in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate patient care, including education, triage, and interventions across the continuum.
• Maintain competencies and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and state rules.
