HealthForce Healthcare is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care to join our team in Dubuque, IA. You will deliver high-quality nursing care focusing on the daily management of chronic conditions and supporting frail older adults.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in IA or Compact/NLC.
• BLS certification required.
• LTC/SNF experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and monitor residents for acute changes.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy per orders and protocols.
• Provide routine wound care and pressure ulcer prevention.
• Document all care accurately in the facility's EHR/EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to tailor care plans.
• Educate residents and families on disease management, medication administration, and safety.
• Facilitate smooth transitions of care within the facility or to higher-level care when necessary.
