Active RN license, AHA certifications, and EPIC EMR experience preferred. Driver's license required for consideration and 2 professional references are requested. Travel-friendly policy with local proximity considerations and 13-week contract terms.

Qualifications

• Active RN license either Maine or Compact.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• AHA certifications required prior to start.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maternity unit within a hospital setting.
• Night shift schedule.
• Uses EPIC EMR.
• Float policy of 25 miles between facilities as needed.
• Provide nursing care within the maternity/obstetrics unit.
• Candidates within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility will be considered local, with adjusted bill rates.
• Local travelers are not eligible for contract renewals or extensions.
• RTO should be minimal; 3-4 days for a 13-week contract at manager's discretion.
• Candidates who have worked at any MaineHealth facility in the past 12 months should disclose this upon application.
• Air pods, laptops, and cell phone usage prohibited while on the unit.
