• Number of Beds: 16 LDR, 3 OR, 3 Triage, 3 RR
• Number of Staff: 70

Type of Staff:

• Day Shift: 1 Charge RN, 12 RNs, 2-3 Surgical Techs
• Night Shift: 1 Charge RN, 6-7 RNs, 1 Surgical Tech
• AWHONN ratios are the goal
• Ratios may be 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1 depending on acuity
• 3:1 for low-acuity patients

Type of Equipment:

• Headsets
• Pass-through skin-to-skin C-section drape
• Deep soaker tubs
• Light therapy
• Aromatherapy
