American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Massachusetts, requiring an active MA RN license and prior L&D experience.

The role features a 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with every other weekend rotation, no float/charge duties, and collaboration with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center for maternal and newborn care.

Local candidates are not accepted, and a 50-mile radius rule applies. Housing, travel, licensure, and CEU benefits are included.

Formación

• Active MA RN license in hand.
• Current BLS (AHA) and NRP certifications required.
• 3-5+ years of Labor & Delivery experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in the OR.
• Flu vaccine required during onboarding with no declinations accepted.
• COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions allowed.

Responsabilidades

• Work in the Obstetrics Delivery unit of a hospital providing full-scope perinatal care.
• Provide prenatal evaluation, intrapartum labor and birth care, intraoperative and recovery care for operative deliveries, postpartum care and newborn dyad care.
• 12-hour night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
• Every other weekend rotation.
• No floating or charge responsibilities required.
• Collaborate with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in delivering comprehensive maternal and newborn care.
• Biweekly orientation provided.

• Must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for 6+ months (perm, per diem, or contract) to be considered
