Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Labor and Delivery travel assignment in Glendale, CA. The 13-week assignment starts on 10/12/2026 and features three 12-hour night shifts per week, totaling a 36-hour schedule.

Responsibilities include delivering obstetric nursing care, supervising staff, coordinating with the care team, and ensuring safe, quality outcomes. Credentialing and onboarding support are provided by HealthForce Healthcare LLC.

Qualifications

Active RN license required.
Nursing degree from an accredited program.
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (3x12) and contribute to a 36-hour weekly schedule.
Willingness to participate in credentialing and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

Deliver coordinated nursing care for obstetric patients using nursing process and standards.
Supervise and direct nursing staff across levels, coordinating with other disciplines.
Monitor maternal and fetal status, administer medications as ordered, assist with labor and delivery.
Document assessments, plans, interventions, and responses accurately; ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other teams to achieve safe outcomes and educate patients.
