Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an obstetric patient population following established standards and the nursing process
• Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care for assigned patients using critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff on the unit
• Collaborate with multipdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure patient safety and comfort
• Monitor maternal and fetal status as appropriate and intervene as needed

Requirements
