Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an RN with Labor and Delivery experience for a travel assignment in Overland Park, KS. This night shift position involves 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, at Overland Park Regional Medical Center. The unit features 13 beds plus 3 triage beds with 69 staff, requiring skills in fetal monitoring and C/S support.

Candidates should have strong lactation and newborn handling abilities, and expect rotating weekends with no on-call requirements. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• RN with Labor and Delivery experience required.
• Must be able to catch newborns and assist with C/S when needed.
• Understanding of Fetal Monitoring and OR equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to laboring patients on a night shift.
• Monitor fetal status and assist with deliveries and post-partum care.
• Collaborate with team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
