Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced registered nurse for a Special Procedures/Interventional Radiology assignment in Florida. You will provide nursing care during IR procedures, maintain a 1:1 patient ratio, and document in Meditech.

The role includes day shifts 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM and an on-call requirement of 7–10 days per month with a 30-minute report time. Candidates must hold an active Florida RN license, current BLS/ACLS, EP/IR experience, and no gaps longer than 90 days in

Qualifications

• Active FL RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
• No 90-day gaps in work history within past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Special Procedures/Interventional Radiology unit of a hospital.
• Maintain 1:1 patient care.
• Operate IR equipment and supplies.

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience
• Prior experience in Interventional Radiology Specials required
• Electrophysiology (EP) experience required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Responsibilities

• Work in the Special Procedures/Interventional Radiology unit of a hospital setting
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Uses IR equipment and supplies
• Documentation via Meditech
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call required 7-10 days per month, must be able to report to hospital within 30 minutes
• Provide nursing care and support during interventional radiology procedures
• Surgical scrubs provided
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, no local candidates accepted
