Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology RN with ARRT/RN certification and at least 1 year of specialty experience for a day-shift assignment.

The position requires active Texas RN license or compact license, vascular experience preferred, and BSN preferred. Travel-friendly role includes housing and licensure reimbursements, with on-call after hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active TX RN license or compact license required.
• ARRT/RN certification required.
• 1 year of recent experience in Interventional Radiology required.
• Vascular experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months.
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Special Procedures unit within a hospital setting.
• Unit has 2 beds and is staffed with 2 RNs and 1 tech on day shift.
• 1:1 patient ratio.
• Uses fluoroscopy equipment.
• EMR system is Merge.
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• No floating required.
• On-call required after hours and on weekends.
• Perform all vascular interventions and biopsy/drain procedures.
• Best suited for high energy, detail-oriented individuals with strong empathy.
• Dark green scrub color required.
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, no local candidates accepted.
• First-time travelers welcome to apply.
