Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an experienced ICU RN for Night Shift in Las Vegas. The assignment is 13 weeks, onsite, with 12-hour nights and a demanding ICU workload including vents, vasoactive meds, and complex diagnostics.

The role requires ACLS/BLS and 2+ years in an ICU setting, with familiarity with Meditech documentation and rapid response in critical care scenarios.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ICU experience and critical care proficiency required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required or active.
• Experience with invasive monitoring and vasoactive medications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU and monitor critically ill patients.
• Administer medications and manage vents, bipap and cpap as needed.
• Perform unit procedures such as intubation and line insertions per protocol.

Type of equipment : Ventilators, Artic Sun, Rapid infusers, CRRT machines. IV med pumps, SCD machines, Cooling blankets, Glucometers
Documentation system: Meditech
Scheduling requirements: Days – 4 weekend shifts, Nights – 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule
Floating policy: Floats to all ICUs and IMC
Patient Experience requirements: > 2 yr in ICU level unit

Must have:
Advanced skills needed: TTM, hemodynamics, PA catheter,
